Lajita is an Army wife who has happily relocated from Brisbane to Puckapunyal. She has a Bachelor of Laws, and Bachelor of Management and Public Administration. She comes from a business background and started her legal career in Brisbane in 2013. Prior, she had the opportunity it spend some time as a full time mother and wife. During that time she also bought her first home and realised that the timeframes for remodelling a house as shown in “The Block” were a tad unrealistic! It took her a year to remodel her house, but she managed to add $100,000.00 to the overall value (also much less than The Block participants). With both her daughters well established in school and with family support Lajita re-entered the workforce in 2015, working primarily in property law, both residential and commercial. Although Lajita has predominantly lived in North Brisbane, she has also lived in Canberra and Wagga Wagga. Her move to Puckapunyal is a welcome change, and she looks forward to the country lifestyle.
Catholic school educated, and raised in Fiji until she was 14, her family moved to Brisbane where she completed her schooling at MacGregor High State school. Lajita is married to Benjamin Allan-Agnew. They live together with their two daughters, two dogs and cat at their home on the Army base in Puckapunyal. Together, they do a lot of exploring, swimming and eating. Lajita also enjoys sight-seeing and generally keeping fit.
